Givana Tech LLC founded in 2013 in Little Rock, Arkansas, provides custom solutions in physical vapor deposition systems such as E-beam/Thermal evaporators, magnetron sputter coaters, Pulsed Laser Deoposition (PLD), and Ion Beam Deposition systems. We design and manufacture PVD systems as per customer specifications with special attention to our customers’ unique requirements. Givana Tech has expertise in cluster tool integration to combine various PVD techniques including Glove Box interfaces. We also provide PVD system accessories such as substrate heaters that are compatible with reactive gases, magnetrons, Si substrates, sputtering targets and evaporation materials.
